In-Person Services
Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Extended Phone Support
Monday–Thursday: 4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Dover Air Force Base location
In-Person Services and Phone Support
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
