This is an immersive, two-day leadership intensive designed to help HR professionals strengthen their partnerships with managers and support more effective people leadership across the organization. Participants will gain practical tools and strategies for coaching managers through employee concerns, setting clear expectations, improving documentation and follow-through, and navigating difficult conversations with confidence and clarity.
