Course Description
This immersive, two-day intensive helps leaders strengthen their ability to build trust, inspire action, and create meaningful impact across their organizations. Participants will explore practical strategies for communicating with credibility, developing strong relationships, gaining support for ideas, and leading effectively without relying solely on authority. Through reflection and application, leaders will build the skills needed to influence others with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.
Breakfast treats are provided. Lunch is on your own from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM with local restaurants within walking distance or bring your lunch.
