Course Description
This immersive, two-day intensive helps leaders guide teams through organizational change with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Participants will explore practical strategies for communicating change, addressing resistance, supporting employee engagement, and maintaining momentum during periods of transition. Through reflection and application, leaders will strengthen their ability to manage uncertainty and help their teams move forward successfully.
Breakfast treats are provided. Lunch is on your own from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM with local restaurants within walking distance or bring your lunch.
