Course Description
This immersive, two-day intensive helps leaders strengthen employee performance through clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and consistent accountability. Participants will explore practical strategies for setting goals, coaching employees, addressing performance concerns, and conducting effective performance conversations. Through reflection and application, leaders will build the skills needed to support employee growth and improve results across their teams.
Breakfast treats are provided. Lunch is on your own from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM with local restaurants within walking distance or bring your lunch.
