Course Description
The SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential prepares professionals to serve as strategic talent acquisition partners. Participants will explore forward-thinking approaches to workforce planning, employer branding, recruiting and sourcing, inclusive hiring, candidate experience, candidate selection, global hiring, virtual talent acquisition, and the use of metrics to evaluate talent acquisition strategies.
