Biography

Shawn has resided and worked in the Wilmington area for over 35 years. During this time, Shawn served in management and executive director positions with human service organizations throughout Delaware, including American Red Cross, DFRC, Edgemoor Community Center, United Way of Delaware and the Latin American Community Center. During the past few years, Shawn has pursued his own consulting services for nonprofit management, training, and evaluation: P-Impact.

Shawn has taught as an Adjunct faculty member at Wilmington University since 2007, in the Administration of Human Services graduate program and the Behavioral and the Social Science undergraduate program. Shawn is currently the Chair for the Doctor of Social Science - Prevention Science program.
