Biography

N.V. Raman is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree programs in Computer Science for the College of Science and Engineering.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Marshal University, West Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Indian School of Mines, India. He is a certified Project Management and Program Management Professional. He earned a postgraduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning from the University of Texas, Austin.

He has more than 11 years’ experience in teaching in higher education. He also has more than 10 years’ experience as the Chief Information Officer at DNREC, Delaware.
