Mass-Tort Bankruptcies Bench-Bar Leadership Summit

Presented by the Wilmington University Restructuring Institute in partnership with the Rabiej Litigation Law Center.

The Wilmington University Restructuring Institute is pleased to co-host the Mass-Tort Bankruptcies Bench-Bar Leadership Summit, bringing together federal judges and leading practitioners to examine pressing issues in mass-tort bankruptcies. The program will feature five panels addressing emerging topics including successor liability, tort claim estimation, prepackaged mass-tort bankruptcies, the role of insurance companies, and contingency fees for individually retained plaintiff attorneys. The summit will encourage balanced, candid discussion among members of the bench and bar.
