Wilmington University's Teacher Development Project
Wilmington University's Teacher Development Project provides Delaware educators the opportunity to explore graduate-level studies and further their careers by matriculating into an approved Master's Degree program of study. Offering one tuition-free class to get you started is our way of saying "thank you" to Delaware educators.

Advanced Studies in Teaching and Learning
This course is designed to promote reflective inquiry through a collaborative learning community; focus on improving teaching, learning and student successes; and form the foundation for lifelong learning and professional growth.

Admission Requirements
- Must be a licensed and certified Delaware educator.
- Must attend an Orientation Information Session.
- Must submit a graduate application. (application fee will be waived)
- Must attend a Program Advising Session.
