Text Messaging from Wilmington University

Subscribing to this service is not required to apply for or gain admission to the university, enroll in courses, complete an academic program, or gain or maintain employment with the University.

Opt-In

Consent is obtained from each constituent at the start of our relationship, during either an inquiry, application for admission, enrollment, or hiring.

Opt-Out

To opt out of text messages, reply or text STOP to the phone number from which you received the text message(s).

Note that Wilmington University may use different SMS services to send text messages based on the topic or type of relationship (role) with the individual as outlined above. A person with multiple roles with Wilmington University may also be separately subscribed to text messages for each role and may need to separately opt-out of messages related to each role.

Please be aware that opting out of text messages will result in stopping all future text messages based on your role or status, including messages and notifications regarding transactions you conduct, unless you were to resubscribe.
