The certificate was designed to concentrate exclusively on the skills and knowledge needed for entry-level accounting positions or the Uniform CPA or CMA Examinations. This Certificate includes a core curriculum of 12 classes (36 credits). Students must earn a minimum grade of "C" in each BAC course, and no more than 6 credits may be transferred into the Certificate program. BAC 101
and BAC 102
are prerequisites for the Certificate. Students actively pursuing a bachelor's degree at Wilmington University will be permitted to enroll in the Certificate program, but will not receive a certificate until the completion of the degree program.
