Course Description

This short-form course prepares entry-level and frontline employees with the essential skills required to succeed in today's financial services environment. Participants develop professional customer service competencies, effective communication techniques, and the confidence to represent their organization's brand with excellence. The workshop also strengthens workplace technology skills, digital collaboration knowledge, and cybersecurity awareness to support secure and efficient operations. In addition, employees gain foundational financial literacy and credit knowledge that enhances both personal financial understanding and more informed customer interactions.
