Course Description

As AI automates more operational tasks and decision points, organizations depend on individual contributors who can confidently guide, validate, and refine AI-driven processes. This non-credit course equips participants with the critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills essential for achieving operational excellence in AI-enhanced workflows.

Learners will explore how agentic AI systems function within day‑to‑day operations—from generating recommendations to executing routine tasks—and what human oversight must contribute to ensure accuracy, integrity, ethics, and compliance. Through hands‑on practice, real-world scenarios, and guided interactions with AI tools, participants will learn how to detect errors, challenge assumptions, interpret uncertainty, and intervene when automation needs human correction.
