COVID-19 Update - Summer 2021 Semester Will Continue Online

Despite the State of Delaware's progress in the fight against COVID-19, we are still amid a severe health threat, and the risk of transmission is high. Vaccines are in progress for some groups; however, there is no guarantee of when or if everyone will be vaccinated in the foreseeable future. Since our community's health and safety remain top priorities, Wilmington University courses will continue virtually through the Summer 2021 semester.

We are assessing the possibility of reopening our locations and returning to classroom instruction in the fall of 2021. That process considers all safety measures that will ensure a safe return for students who prefer hybrid or in-person instruction.

We are committed to our students’ success. Those who have taken courses virtually throughout the pandemic have thrived academically, and we have been privileged to serve them. Students who are new to the virtual environment are assured that the Wilmington University staff and faculty are dedicated to their well-being and ready to assist them throughout their educational journeys.
