Biography

Robyn Frank Smith earned her J.D. in 1994 and her M.A. in Social Sciences/Counseling in 2001.  She is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.  She has worked or trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution since 1999, including mediation and arbitration training in Singapore and the United States.  Prior to her move to the Pennsylvania/Delaware area, she served as the Director of Volunteer and Court Services for Carolina Dispute Settlement Services in Raleigh, NC. 

Robyn’s practical experience includes mediating in District Court, developing and supervising court mediation programs, developing and delivering mediation training, and liaising with state mediation authorities concerning changes to current mediation rules and law.  She has taught in the Conflict Resolution Certificate program at Wilmington University since 2014.
