Sel Dibooglu is a Professor and Chair of the MBA Program at Wilmington University. Prior to joining WilmU, he was a professor of Finance and Economics at the University of Sharjah, a professor at the University of Missouri St Louis, a Visiting Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an Associate Professor at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He also taught courses at the Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and Lanzhou University in China.

Dr. Dibooglu received his Ph.D. from Iowa State University in 1993 in Economics with a dissertation in International Finance. Dr. Dibooglu has published more than 60 articles in such refereed journals as Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Financial Stability, Finance Research Letters, Annals of Finance, Annals of Operations Research, International Review of Economics and Finance, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, The Financial Review, Review of International Economics, Journal of Macroeconomics, Journal of Comparative Economics, and Southern Economic Journal, among others.

He teaches courses in Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Financial Management, International Finance, Macroeconomics, and Time Series Analysis.
