Homecoming 2013 is almost here!
WilmU gears up for a Wildcat Weekend to Remember
Your Wilmington University Alumni Association is putting the final touches on what is sure to be a weekend that you will not want to miss! That’s right, it is Homecoming time at WilmU, and the excitement is building to a near frenzy. The invitations have been sent, the banners have been hung, the food has been arranged, and the soccer and volleyball teams are warming up for an incredible time of fun, networking, and the display of Wildcat pride. Last year's first annual Homecoming weekend was a HUGE success. Students, alumni, faculty and staff all gathered to express their love for Wilmington University and the energy was palpable. People are still talking about the memories that were made at this celebration, and it is from this platform that the second annual WilmU Homecoming is going to be launched into greatness. If Homecoming 2012 was great, then Homecoming 2013 promises to be spectacular! The weekend’s events will include:
Alumni Networking Happy Hour (Friday, September 27)
Men’s and Women’s Soccer Games (Saturday, September 28)
Women’s Volleyball Game (Saturday, September 28)
Food, Games, Photo Booth, and Prizes for the whole family (Saturday, September 28)
Alumni Homecoming Party (Saturday Evening, September 28)
Wildcat Pride Party (Saturday Evening, September 28)
Special WilmU discounts at local museums and entertainment venues throughout the region. (Sunday, September 29)
