Wilmington University and FBI Host Infragard Computer Security Meeting

Wilmington University’s College of Technology will co-host the October InfraGard meeting with the FBI. 

The event will be held in the Doberstein Admissions Center auditorium, Thursday October 17th from 8:30 a.m. to noon. It is open to InfraGard members, students, faculty and the public. Refreshments will be served. 

Presentations at the meeting will include Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS), Automated Trusted Information Exchange (ATIX) and interactive workshops on “Capture the Flag” and “Advanced Spear Phishing.” This event will also feature the topic "Regional Information Sharing,” involving a secure network to share information about cyber and other infrastructure threats and incidents.

The second half of the meeting will include a presentation and demonstration by Wilmington University Cyber Security Director Mark Hufe, along with a scheduled networking hour, chapter updates and an FBI Sector Chief overview.
