Mental Health Screening

Mental health is a key part of your overall health. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health professional and can be taken by clicking here. This program is completely anonymous and confidential, and immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources. This screening also includes an alcohol use and substance use component, as these can play a significant role in mental health.

Catholic Charities offers a behavioral health program consisting of multiple services for individuals needing help with emotional, behavioral, or mental health services. Catholic Charities provides counseling services to anyone for whom outpatient treatment is the right choice.

Christiana Counseling

Christiana Counseling is a multi-specialty, mental health and addictions practice. The practice has professional trainers, licensed clinical social workers, and professional counselors of mental health which provide a spectrum of outpatient services to individuals of all ages.
