Dual Degree Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) + Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Admission, progression, and graduation requirements are a coordinated effort between the College of Nursing and Health Sciences and the College of Business and Technology. The dual Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Healthcare Administration is 54 credits and 500 practice experience hours for students enrolled in the Advanced Practice DNP Concentration. Students enrolled in the Leadership DNP Concentration will complete 66 credits and 1,000 practice experience hours. Students will be dually advised by the DNP Program Chair and MHA Program Chair.

To be considered for the dual DNP and MHA option, students must first be accepted to the DNP program. A second graduate application is then required to add the MHA. Both degrees must be conferred at the same time during one enrollment.
