Office of General Counsel

The Office of General Counsel provides legal services to Wilmington University, including advice and counsel to the President and the Board of Trustees. Our legal work touches a broad range of legal issues including employment matters, contracts and business transactions, corporate governance, student issues, and various state and federal laws and regulations.

Our home page is designed to briefly introduce our services and personnel to the University community, so that we can provide effective guidance on matters of legal significance. We encourage University employees in administrative offices and academic units to contact the Office of General Counsel for legal assistance on matters related to the performance of their responsibilities.
