Biography

Jason Hale has been the Adjunct Coordinator of the Career and Technical Program since 2010 and has been an adjunct instructor in the College of Education and Liberal Studies graduate and doctoral programs since 2002.  Currently, Dr. Hale is the Director of Operations for the Cape Henlopen School District where he oversees school facilities, child nutrition, transportation, and information technology.  He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Brandywine School District for 5 years and was the Director of Business for the New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District for 17 years. 

He received his bachelor's in Accounting with a Minor in Marco Economics and his master’s in School Leadership from the University of Delaware and received his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University in 2011.  Dr. Hale is a licensed Delaware Certified Public Accountant and serves on the State of Delaware Plans Management Board.
