F-1 Visa Holders:
Upon approval of your
Admissions documents and receipt of an Embassy
Packet from WilmU®:
• Make I-901 SEVIS Payment
• Schedule an appointment with the
U.S. Embassy for your Visa Interview
STEP 5:
Upon approval of your visa status, email
internationalevents@wilmu.edu
to register to
attend New Student Orientation, which will allow
you to review your class schedule with an advisor
and register for courses.
Former Students Steps 4 & 5
STEP 4:
Visit the Office of International Admissions to:
• Review your acceptance status
• Schedule a meeting with your academic advisor/program chair
STEP 5:
Meet with your academic
advisor/program chair to register for courses.
Transfer Students Steps 4 & 5
STEP 4:
Visit the Office of International Admissions to:
• Review your acceptance status
• Receive an Acceptance Letter and Transfer Form
• Be scheduled for New Student Orientation, where you
will meet with your academic advisor/program chair
STEP 5:
Upon SEVIS record transfer, attend
New Student Orientation and register for courses.
STEP 6:
Get a WilmU ID card from University Safety
at any location outlined on
wilmu.edu/ID.
STEP 7:
Check your WilmU email account
regularly for important notices.

Buy your books and supplies from the
Campus Store at
