How long do I have to make up the work?

After being granted an incomplete, course work must be completed within the time limitation determined by the instructor up to a maximum of 60 days following the end of the course. After the 60 days, the grade will change to a grade of "F" unless:

  • the instructor notifies the Office of the Registrar (when he or she wants to change a student's grade) before the initial 60-day period ends.

Final course grades are entered by instructors no later than one week after the end of the term. After grades are entered into the student record system, a grade report will be available online through myWilmU.
